What can usually be returned?

Eligible returns generally include clean, unused products that are in original condition and can be safely inspected, restocked, or processed. The return must include the item itself, any accessories, original packaging, and proof of purchase.

Because PetLuxe sells pet lifestyle products, some categories require closer inspection. Items that show signs of pet hair, odor, washing, chewing, scratching, staining, water residue, fragrance transfer, or outdoor use may not qualify for return.

What happens after we receive a return?

Once your return arrives, PetLuxe reviews the item for cleanliness, completeness, packaging, accessories, and visible use. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees, handling charges, gift wrapping, or other non-product service costs may not be refundable unless the return is related to a PetLuxe error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect shipment.
